The Morocco Pro Am is a third year golf tournament/hospitality experience that will be held on an annual basis in Marrakech, Morocco.
The event offers golfers of all abilities the chance to visit the beautiful country of Morocco and participate in a 4 night/ 5 day experience that features world class golf courses, first class hotel accommodations and unmatched Moroccan hospitality. Each team is comprised of three amateur players and a PGA (or similar) Golf Club Professional that compete against other teams from North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Africa.

Amateur Golf Packages
Amateur Golfers and their spouses/guests can purchase travel packages that cover all expenses for the Morocco Pro Am directly through our website – Click Here to Visit the Shop. The staff of the Morocco Pro Am will ensure that your trip to Morocco is a truly memorable experience. Our staff will meet you upon arrival in to either Marrakech (RAK) or Casablanca (CMN), ensure a safe transfer to the Sofitel Marrakech, and will take care of all other event related details – including a first class gift pack for you and your spouse/guest!
Courses
Royal Golf Marrakech
The Royal Golf du Marrakech, favorite of the late His Majesty King Hassan II, is the second oldest course in the Kingdom. Some holes are legendary and steeped in history. Its exceptional luxuriant vegetation offers great gaming pleasure as well. Designed by Gustave Golias and Arnaud Massy, The Royal Golf du Marrakech opened in 1927 and consists of a historic 18 hole course called the “Old Course” (Green and Red). David Lloyd George, a British Statesman, made numerous appearances on the greens of this historic golf course. Winston Churchill and United States President, General Ike Eisenhower were also known to frequent it.
Samanah Golf Club
Samanah Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 72, 7300 yard Championship caliber course, which meets all USGA standards. In 2020, Samanah played host to a PGA Champions Tour event. This was the first ever PGA Champions Tour event sanctioned and held in Morocco. Samanah Golf Club extends over a park of 740 acres and enjoys some of the most beautiful views of the majestic Atlas Mountains. More than 250 acres are dedicated to golf, with a world class course specially designed by the famous architectural brand of 400 courses – Nicklaus Design. Samanah was voted “Best Golf Course Design of the Year 2017” at the World Golf Awards.
Assoufid Golf
Assoufid Golf Club, Marrakech is one of Morocco’s finest, new golf clubs that presents an exceptional experience for the discerning golfer by delivering high levels of service in a unique, indigenous setting. The Golf Club is one component of Assoufid, a larger mixed-use, gated development that will spread over 222 hectares and that will include a residential villa community and a hospitality component.
Tournament Schedule
The Morocco Pro Am is a 5 day/4 night event that takes place from a Wednesday thru a Sunday. Pre/Post night hotel room rates are available for those who choose to stay in Marrakech longer.
